Disabled to review proposals in Wayfarer

Hello! I am new here, check my email and it occurred to me that I am eligible to participate in this community, but I have a great question and I would like you to help me, my account has a user banned in one of the Niantic Games, and for That is why I cannot use Wayfarer to review PokeStop proposals, and therefore despite being level 43 I do not have that medal unlocked, no way to let me enter in the same way as here, to be able to enter clearly as a PoGo Player?

If Niantic has taken disciplinary actions against you, you can't be a Wayfarer.
So why the insistence of sending me emails reminding me that I can enter this forum? why be here? yes "I am not a Wayfarer"
That's what happens when Scotty from Marketing decides it's time to raise awareness about the existence of Wayfarer and orders to send an email to all players that meet the required levels without excluding those who are already contributing nor those who are ineligible to participate...
They have Marketing? Perhaps Scotty needs a "Niantic Official" Facebook account and to make an effort to join some of the Wayfarer FB pages out there - that might be more use.
