Hi,
how is it possible that lately every 5/10 evaluations I am banned temporarily? I went from being a very good evaluator to a poor one..please resolve this bug

Its not a bug, it sounds like you need to re read the review criteria
@WildTeoo-ING How many reviews do you have in your total? Untill you have 200 reviews or so your rating may fluctuate more based on luck than on real performance.

Dude yesterday I review 10 request and I take the ban..this morning i review 3 request for wrong location and immediately a take the ban
How quickly are you reviewing? like 5-10 seconds or are you taking your time. The The Reviewing a Wayspot Nomination page has a lot of great information. Niantic recommends you look at each question carefully so if you are going through to quickly, or if everything is either a 5 or a 1 you are more likely get a cooldown then if you are taking your time and answering each question with a discerning eye. Slowing down I've found plays the biggest part of getting or not getting cooldowns.

Its not about it. My society is really stupid... they reject restaurants, local smalltown attractions, and if its not football field, church cross etc they rejest it. So when you do the criteria, do some research, maps, spheres, some information in google you just dont fit to them. But if you accept, sport field, playground,church or some shitty selfmade 5 minute cross with some old flowers and gracve lights at it, you are "good" or even incredible.
