I think this is a great nomination. The only issue I can see is that the system might automatically pull the nearby photospheres taken inside some kind of a medical facility (hair clinic?) and some less careful reviewers might reject it for mismatched location because of this. If you could make a photosphere about the nomination, I'd say it's as good as you can expect a nomination to be.
On first view, it looks like a place that sells plants. The description says it is open to the public. I trust you, but other reviewers might think it's a for-profit place. Maybe include a link to it at the the South Delhi Municipal Corporation site would help?

Sounds a lot more interesting than a lot of nominations I see. If I knew this was in the park, it is something I would go to look at.
I have been there inside but the last time I checked it was locked so I guess I'll find out at the next visit.
