Auto-scrolling is not working

As the title of the publication suggests, automatic scrolling was not working properly. I can only use it effectively when:
1. The browser only occupies half of the computer's screen;
2. The screen zoom is at 50%;
3. The sidebar is not retracted.
Apparently, this function is enabled only when the browser reaches the size of a tablet or a mobile device.
