@rochmir-PGO i recommend just resubmitting this & title it Aviator Monument Pavilion or something similar to that. The original title (a picnic shelter near the monument to aviators) may have scared reviewers & potentially made them think that it was fake or on residential property or something. I also highly recommend photospheres. It will for sure help get this accepted. I don’t want you to have to waste any more submissions trying to get this accepted. Hopefully it gets accepted next time
Thanks for advice im adding sphere photo for every of my nominations
You are more than welcome. I enjoy helping others. I add photospheres to all of mine as well just to make sure I cover all of the bases. If you ever need anything feel free to reach out
The picnic table may be a hard sell to get accepted. What is the billboard you show in support info? Is it educational? That may be a better nomination if it is
A picnic shed ? Thats what you believe meets criteria ?
1* instant reject, do not resubmit it its trash.
If that is an information board in the support statement picture ? then that is a possibly a valid POI, but a picnic bench with a roof, not a chance
Either one can get accepted depending on where you live @rochmir-PGO. Is that Picnic Trail Pavilion permanent? I didn’t ask earlier & I should have. If it’s permanent it’s acceptable
I do agree with these guys though. That informational signboard may be better to submit, especially depending on what it says
It is permament near the WW2 monument in forest. Do you think I should renominate this?
That’s what would make it eligible. I think if you resubmit it, you will have to make sure to show in supporting photo where it’s a permanent structure & say that it is permanent in the supporting info as well. We are here to help one another. Niantic has made it clear that we are the ones that decide what is & isn’t acceptable together. I believe that this is a great place to explore, a great place to be social or have a picnic & just an all around great location. With it being permanent therefore it will be there for years to come. It’s worth a shot. Sometimes it takes a few times submitting something for it to get accepted. I started doing wayfarer here in this community because I felt like people like us are always searching for answers & together we can find ways to come up with solutions to get through them
Renominate the sign, much more chance of getting that approved than a generic picnic table.
I agree, depending on what it says
I also think it would be better if you nominated the sign. It would be much easier to accept for reviewers even on upgrade, and it looks like this sign and picnic table are too close to each other to both become POI in any game. Pick a thing it's easier to be accepted, and you will get POI sooner :)
And you must make both photos with your nomination being visible on them - on support photo your nomination must be at least partly visible with more area around it that show it's in safe place, so people will be sure it exist in this place. From your both photos it doesn't looks like it was took in the same place, it could be used as photos in two different nominations, because they shown two different things (first shows picnic table, second shows informational sign).
Well said @Maxyme99-PGO
I would disagree with the poster who said this was trash. Its not; but its not gold either. 2* maybe 3*, and I guarantee I cant see it on satellite view. Especially if is a spot on a walking trail. But if every bench with a tiny memorial plaque and tiny gazebo at an apartment complex can be a POI this picnic table, which looks fairly unique to me, should pass. But I do agree that you need to really sell it with the description and supporting info and pictures. You have to be aware that you will get people who see a well weathered and perhaps neglected picnic area in the woods and give it 1* off appearances alone. You need the rest of us to carefully go through the criteria and combat those 1*'s. 2*s and 3*s aren't going to get you there.
Best of luck!
Look like a good nomination for me.
Not the best i see, but enought good to accept it... Especially in a forest.
