Wayspot picture did not sync to Pokémon GO

Additional picture for a wayspot was accepted on Jan 21, 2021. I upvoted it in Ingress the same day, but Pokestop still shows the old picture. Both Ingress and Harry Potter: Wizards Unite show the new picture by now.

Jan 21 was around the time when wayspot sync to Pokémon GO stopped for a few days, so I don't know if this one photo fell through the cracks or if the whole image sync is broken at the moment.
