Casal del Barrio "El Vivero" Nomination Rejected

Hi friends

I want to ask for your time to evaluate why this wayspot was rejected today, it said that it is in a private property, as you can see in the attached map it is a neighborhood house, official house from the local goverment where young and older people do a lot of activities like sports, read, language lessons...etc.

It's not a school nor a private property, I am attaching the google maps area to check, we can't understand why is this nomination rejected.

It's possible that the word "casa" set the reviewers in rejection mode. Try "centro comunitario" instead.

Maybe it is because of a misunderstanding about a "40 meter rule" involving private residential property (next to and directly behind the community center) or schools (across the road from the community center). But whatever those reviewers are trying to "message" with their rejection reasons, it doesn't come through because it doesn't match the situation. The one suggestion I would recomend is that you take a photo of the main entrance with the community center's sign. Because I cannot match it up with anything on the most recent Street View. This will go a long way in confirming that the location is what you claim it to be. Because right now, the building looks to be an annex of Centre de Salut Rafal Nou, which is tagged as a clinic on Google Maps.
