As you see on those 3 firsts photos, this place is private (PRP) (In french in red : "Propriété privé - Défense d'entrer" / Private Property - No Entry). Only one intercom, one mailbox. This is the real entry.

Now, you can see here the real Castle, from a parc. As you see on the parc map, no public path go to at north of the lake, where castle is, because it is private.

Now, another picture as one as portal game. where portal is accessible (but sometimes not, depends your GPS accuracy. Anyway.). As you can see, the first tower is the one on the left on photo from parc, so not the real castle, and you can see a little bit the real castle behind. The portal is spotted on that first tower, that is an old farm building now became house of the owner.
This castle can't be visited, as it specified on the entry "PRP no entry".
This portal is not spotted on the real Castle, and even if it was, it would'n be reached.
The star is where portal is locate in game. The square is historical castle.

On the website of the town. You Can see that the castle is private ("privé").

In history of game, this portal was already located on the historical castle, some days, and were relocated on the actual false spot.
So, ineligible.

Can you add a marker on where the portal is please, but yes, I once tried to destroy this portal and had hard time to only destroy few resonators... at that time I though the real access was on the other side so no complain ... but it seems like there is no other side 😬.
donc pour le prieuré ya aucun souci mais pour celui la c'est pas pareil. c'est bien dommage de vous débattre pour ça, c'est même triste. Vous renvoyez une image qui reflète malheureusement l'ambiance dans votre cellule.

Hi, your link don't speak about the castel where this portal is. It's about another "Castel of la Boissière" 40km away from this one.
My bad, i check too on the Avrillé heritage day's webpage and don't find it. I'll edit my post
One is a building protected by the French Ministry of Culture and the other is only a private property. Please compare what is comparable.

You and/or your fellow teammates already submitted many title edits for this portal, formerly known as "Entrée secondaire du château de la Boissière", which was the correct one. And now that your edits have been voted, you claim the new title to be inaccurate.
You and/or your fellow teammates already submitted many abusive location edits for this portal, which have led to several moves and finally to the current location. And now you claim that it's difficult to reach. Meanwhile you still managed to capture it several times recently, and at the very moment we're writing here, it's still being captured by one of your teammates. So tell me, did you trespass, use any GPS trick, or is the portal accessible from the pedestrian path that all the local players know as well as you and me ?
Last but not least, one of your fellow teammates submitted an additional picture for this portal, that many of you have upvoted, while knowing very well that it's taken from another location, 200 or 300m farther, that is both the main entrance for the castle and the entrance for the "pavillon de chasse", which is also inhabited by a family, and therefore has never been requested to become a poi. And now you use this photo as an evidence for the poi to be erroneously located.
So tell me now, is this the new way of playing ? When you can't make it on the play field, you just spam wayfarer with abusive edits, upvote them, then use their result to ask for the portal to be deleted ? That's as surprising as disappointing as a way to play the game.

A portal taken from the public domain become private after several people change the name, the loc and the pictures and claim it's private. 🤔
Imagine an historic of submiter exist 🙃. Interessed by the name of the guy who take 3 not legit picture 500m away the portal just for cheat the appeal.
In blue that was first loc and where the first photo was taken.
This is a parc in the public domain, you can see the acces pedestrian road with street view.
Can you explain to us how this portal totaly legit, on the public domain, became on a private place with fake loc and picture ?

You / your fellows change the name, picture and the loc of a portal because i supose you don't like it, ie because this one need to go outside your car for several minutes.
After you ask for appeal and don't talk about ancient name, use the 3 photos taken 500m from the portal and say "Like same as one portal photo in game". Haha no joke, this photo is basicly not legit, i hope there is an historic of the player who submit it.
If some is in the range i m interessed by the name of the submiter of this 3 photo :)
Just to focus about what the portail is supposed to be and where and what you destroy it bc you/your fellows don't like it or simply bc it's used by RES

What is the difference between ornaments on buildings currently removed in the city that are accessible from the street and therefore from the public domain and this? None of it is private property.
I find it amazing that you are so active in defending this topic when you have never been to this place. It's even more surprising not to read you defending a POI used by the ENL that was abusively deleted.

If you think that actual location is fake, why didn't you guys changed it to restore it at that first place that you show it was at first time ?

You (your faction) have made two appeals regarding the poi you are talking about. The support refused your calls. This is the support's decision, not ours.
The support will analyze this appeal and make its decision. Whatever the outcome, this is the only valid response.

Why an appeal ? In this case a relocation directly in game must be enough. Sometimes people want to do it fairly, whiteout being complaining in this forum.

It is not complicated, is the portal on private property or not? Yes it is, even if this portal is accessible from the outside, that's not the question here. Many portals are removed when they are in the same situation or worse, they have the misfortune to be on a facade that overlooks the street.

I think you have an extensive point of view of the Tos then is RES ancor or HP and a restrictive one then is your portal.
Did this portal was fully pedestrian acces and US-able at this submission ?

Where was the poi ? On public domain, in a parc.
Where was take the original picture ? From the public domain.
So where the poi is supposed to be ? At the same place than the picture was taken.
So many picture are taken from the public domain about private domain.
The Tos say "Inside a unifamilal private place" so if your poi is in a middle of a garden, is not ok, but in a middle if a public parc, looks legit.
Just needed to move your body, go outside your car and that looks it's the real problem when is Res Ancor.

I see regular activity on this portal from both ENL and RES players.
So can we say all players are playing whiteout any regards from ToS ?

Why are you talking about other portals when here it's about "le château de la Boissiere? Bad faith? To say that this portal is on the public domain is bad faith, and why is there no information showing that this poi is on the public domain? The castle belongs to a family, and the poi in its current position is therefore, as Sp4ceCourgette says, "inside a unifamilal private place" which makes it eligible for deletion. And again, just because the gate has a picture taken from the street doesn't mean that the TOS doesn't apply. Just look at the deletions made for many poi, which are accessible from the pavement, but are on a "single family private home".
