I've been reviewing and submitting spots for some time now and today when I tried to login using my google account I got the following
Trying to login with my facebook I got the following
I appear unable to fix either one.
I would like to get back to reviewing submissions - is there any advice on how I can fix this?

No advice, but suddenly it worked again. Hooray!
But if there are any suggestions for avoiding it in the future, I would happily accept them.

Glad this cleared up on its own. Usually this can be resolved by 1. confirming you're logging in with the correct credentials and 2. clearing your cache and cookies for whatever browser you're using.

So I been a wayfarer for years now and have been having problems logging in cause All I’m getting is this and it’s my only way of reviewing.

Not a bug,
I found that I was struggling to log in myself after 2 years of not playing. But I found that 2 years ago I brought a new phone and connected it up with a new work email address, which created a new google account. This Google account was not registered under my Pokemon Go email.
I had to log back into my old google account and it worked, (after about 3 hours of trying to remember the old password)
Now I can submit things again.
