"Nomination Review Deadline Expired!"

Reviewing on my computer doesn't work. It just keeps saying "Nomination Review Deadline Expired!" like when the tab is open for too long, though it does it in the second I go to review. It doesn't help tapping it or anything else if I go to review, it is seriously persistent.
I use Windows with the browser Chrome.
It's been like this for days.

The same thing has been happening to me. I've tried everything, refreshing the page, restarting my pc, signing out and back in. Did you end up finding a way to fix it?
