Unable To Withdraw My Nominations

Hie as their might be a bug or something as I'm unable to withdraw my Nominations, or put other ones all are going in queue and none of them are in voting since February. Would someone help with it.

Is it marked as "upgrade next"?

Otherwise, it will probably be because of the current India Wayfarer challenge.
