Inappropriate activity???

My nomination for a postbox and community sign which sit side by side have been rejected:
“This nomination has been rejected due to the following reason(s):
Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria, The real-world location of the nomination appears to have explicit or inappropriate activity.”
This is the nomination photo. What am I missing here???

Whats the rest of the nomination, title, description etc.
Without seeing that and just going on the picture and outline you've given, a post box doesn't meet criteria where as the noticeboard does.
People could have quite justifiably chosen to reject it as you've got a submission that half works and half doesn't.
Forget the post box, its a non starter, and just resubmit the noticeboard.
Post-offices are the eligible nominatino, not post-boxes. The only place I've seen post-poxes eligible is in the UK, and only specific ones with historic significance.
I agree with Theisman, just try submitting the notice board.
The first rejection reason is "Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria", why are you asking only about the second one?
Thanks everyone.
The first rejection I can deal with (in all honesty I find that rejection unfair too, but changing descriptions and just focusing on the sign as you have suggested is no issue) but I don’t want to get rejected on the second one again which makes no sense to me. Does anyone see any “explicit or inappropriate activity.”? I would like to understand that criteria.
Maybe when the streetview truck came through, something obscene was on the bulletin board?
@PartnerKXT-PGO Unfortunately along with players doing a bad job at nominating, there are also players doing a bad job at reviewing. Since Niantic gives you up to three rejection reasons but doesn't tell you what percentage of reviewers select each one, it's entirely possible that the vast majority of reviewers chose the right rejection criteria "other rejection criteria" which gives you the first reason while some misguided souls chosen "inappropriate location" out of not understanding that it's to be used to mark "adult" locations and not to say that you think the nomination isn't a good addition to the game.
