Time of waiting for pokestop to appear.

Hi Nianticlabs. I want to know, how long it takes a pokestop to appear in the game after the status say queu? Because I nomminate a few pokestops in my town, because we here need pokestops. We have to drive about 15 minutes to search for a pokestop and we apply for pokestops since november 12, 2020 and still waiting, thast why I ask how long it takes to appear the pokestop in the game since its approve and how we know its aproved?

In queue means it is not accepted or in voting yet. Those phases still need to pass first before it is either accepted or rejected. It can take, days, weeks or months, depending on the area, people reviewing and in cases upgrades used. So there is not timeslot to be given to a single nomination.
You can upgrade it so it will be reviewed faster. But to get upgrade you must review at least 100 nominations of other people to get 100 agreements with other reviewers (it can take some time so better rview more than 100 nominations to get it faster).
With upgrade (not "upgrade next", you must have "upgraded" text near your nomination title to it become upgraded, "upgrade next" only show which of your nomination will be upgraded first when you recieve upgrade) it will take much less time to get it reviewed - from a few hours to a few days mostly.
But upgrade only nominations that are easy to get accepted (like playgrounds, sports fields, churches, monumets, some resturatns with really good description can be like that too), because upgraded nominations go reviewers from far away from your location (sometimes to other coutries too) so it's easier to get nominations rejected.
The status of the nominations are queue and in voting since november 12, 2020 what that means??
In queue means it has been added to the nomination pool, but it is not in the phase that people are reviewing it yet. In voting means that people are currently reviewing your nomination.
