Fast food appeals

Hi,
I have applied a wayspot submission of a new fast food (Burger King) opened on February 2021. It was rejected because there is « no pedestrian access » in the e-mail I received. In one of the picture I have submitted , there is clearly a pedestrian path to access to the fast-food.
Need help and some clarifications about this issue please.

Is that the only reason why it was rejected?
Burger King is a chain, nothing local or historical and therefore invalid. At most you can submit the playground of it without mentioning the brand by keeping it general.
Correct me if I'm confused, but wouldn't a Burger King fall into the old "generic business" category? To be valid, there would have to be a Burger King promotion with NIA (I don't know exactly if there is this promotion in your country), but in that case, wouldn't the POIs be placed by NIA?
That's why I'm asking the OP if that's the only reject reason that he got.

In the e-mail I received this is the only reason I got. « It looks there is no pedestrian access ». It was opened last month so I remembered the map was not updated (it doesn’t appeared when I applied it).
If it doesn't appear on google maps, and if your photos don't show the surrounding area clearly enough for reviewers to be able to match up existing buildings then I can see why it was rejected for pedestrian access. Surprised it wasn't rejected for DMC though.
