Gaming/comic stores are given as examples for places to be social with others. In my mind, it is not farfetched to treat your submission in a similar way. It is just up to you to present it as a place to be social with others. Good luck

Only if they host TCG or other gaming meetups/tournaments. Otherwise, no.

If they're just retail, selling stuff, what criteria would they meet? Probably none.

But if they're a place to meet up socially, hosting events or something - sure.
