What's wrong with this?
I submit this nomination last week but it was rejected.
This nomination has been rejected due to the following reason(s):
Photo is low quality (e.g., pitch black/blurry photos or photos taken from a car), Nomination does not meet acceptance criteria
I can't see anything wrong with the picture and I believe it ticks all the criteria. Can someone help me improve it?

Start out by taking a better picture. Maybe of the sign for that actual club? I cant even read any of the signage on the building because its so far back. Then for supporting maybe have the step back photo of the building to just show what it looks like for location verification. Most clubs are eligible for the socializing aspect of them
For the description and supporting statement, you might also want to describe what kind of socializing takes place. Are there book clubs, athletics, community organizing? Makes the club feel like more of a valued place.
I can't read any of the wording on the building - you need a better, clearer photo. Get closer
That supporting photo doesn't show the poi, so it doesn't help reviewers
If there is a link that shows what this building is, include the link in the supporting information. Like a link to an official web page or Facebook. I got nothing that looked like this when I searched on "Heath Hayes Senior Center Welcome Club".
They need to change the wording on the supporting info prompt - the photo needs to show the nomination in place but from further away. Also agree with the earlier suggestions to get a photo with the signage in focus.
As others said, try making main photo from closer distance. You also need to make supproting photo that show your nomination and surrowding area from it, so people can compare it location - it has to be made a bit further than your current main photo, it can be also made on some angle so it will show more of pavement (but it still must show your nomination on it). You don't have your nomination in your current support photo, and it's not helpful for reviewers at all.
I also agree that you should add some more information in description adn support text. Add some more information about it, why it's importan for locals, how long it exist here, are there any event organized for locals? Any more information would be good to show it's a nice place to accept :)
And as cyndiepooh-ING said, are you sure it's correct name of this place? I also couldn't find it with this name, so maybe some title improvement would be good too :)
Try again with a photo that shows the center more clearly, along with the title. If there is a website or anything that showcases the events that take place at that center it may help in the supporting information section. It does appear to be some kind of non-residential building given all the signs on it, but can't make anything out.
If I may offer a few suggestions.
As others noted above, I would encourage taking a photo closer to the candidate. This may be difficult to frame appropriately, but one thing I like doing for buildings like this is taking a landscape photo (make sure out rotates correctly before submitting - I've never had a problem, but just make sure).
This removes skyline and parking lot and can allow better quality while still capturing the entire building.
I tried looking up the building online but didn't find any immediate results. Unless that's the "official" name, I would likely shorten it to "Heath Hayes Welcome Club". Your description left me wanting more: "A local meeting place for senior citizens and local people..." to do what? I would elaborate a little more, if possible. "A meeting hall used for members of the community to for weekly social clubs, bingo, and events planning for the city." Your supporting also starts good, but I'd structure more like "Facilitated and managed by the Senior Citizens Club, it is also used by the general community as an events space, including Slimming World [explain what it does]. Visible [or not] on Street View and the Supporting photo shows building and with ample pedestrian access and nearby sidewalks and street to help confirm location." (Notice I also say the building is visible - in most cases, you should include the candidate in the Supporting photo.)
The photo looks blurry, and would take at least a 24MP camera to have a clearer shot. Try using a smartphone with a batter camera or perhaps a Canon EO5 90D.
