Is there a recourse for bogus rejections?

I submitted a building (a historic springhouse). The picture was of the building. The description was about how it is the springhouse connected to this other historic house that's right next to it that's already a wayspot.

The sole rejection was "The nomination appears to be a natural feature that is not connected to a man-made object."

Any reviewer that made that determination during the review process should be permanently disinvited from reviewing. Is there some way to accomplish this?
