I've been getting 1 of 3 screens when I've tried to do reviews for the past 48 hrs or so

You are probably experiencing this:
It should go away after 3/4 days. Niantic is investigating but please feel free to add your case to the existing topic with the date you started seeing this and then the day you are able to review again.
