Don't mention in-game terms such as "pokemon" in the description. That's against criteria and will get it rejected.
Also try calling it "Trailside Playground" instead of "Trailside apartment playground". Playgrounds are apartments are eligible, but a lot of less-informed reviewers will reject anything at an apartment complex thinking it is PRP.
As other said, remove any Pokemon reference from description and support text, I'm pretty sure it was the reason for rejection of this nomination. You're nominating not only for PoGo but for other Niantic games, so any game-specific reference is prohibitet.
Did you check rejection mail? It would help if we known what rejections you get in it.
I also checked your location, and you doesn't have streetview on your street, so people don't get any streetview or they get one closest to it - and the closest one is from a street under playground - if people get this streetview, they only see a lot of trees and no playground. Make better support photo that will show more area near this playground and playground too, so reviewers could compare photos to map view :)
I think with this it should be enough to get it accepted.

Besides not mentioning "Pokémon" in the description, you're describing the apartment complex more than the playground itself.
Something as simple as "A fun and exciting playground" usually gets approved.
