how do i know abut the cells?

I've seen a lot of people talking about cells LP0's and things like that. That sometimes when you get a nomination accepted it doesn't appear because it's too close and so, but how do I know exactly about this so i don't waste nominations on things that won't appear and i can use them in more appropiate and useful things?

There are multiple possibilities:
1 pogomap.info - only useable for the cells, as long as you don't create all the POIs yourself. Can be useful as a map
2 IITC/poGo Tools - against ToS, but the best way to plan. I am not saying more about this, since it is against the ToS. You gotta do research on your own.

Thaks both of you, that helped me to find out, i'll be more precise now with the pokestops i nominate.
Please note that deliberately putting the pin to the wrong location because of cell rules is considered Abuse and can your account get banned. So don't optimize your nominations, as long as it is not a bigger area like a sports field, etc.
Using IITC is not against the ToS. It can be very easy to break the ToS, but it's known that some times Niantic's employees have used IITC, and without IITC it would have been impossible to create so many operations through the years, the performance difference between stock Intel and IITC was huge, the capabilities of stock intel are... well, you know, we're talking about Niantic,...
So as long as you use IITC without "dark" scripts you're safe, otherwise Niantic would have spoken so long ago, they prefer to allow it to exist in a controlled way instead of spending time improving intel.
Anyway, I agree that this is not the place to talk about it, there are so many other places with lots of useful information about it.
