Wayfarer Rating Test bugged

My Wayfarer Rating became Poor so i tried to take the test to improve it, but whenever i start it, the higher image is missing, showing a white and gray image with niantic logo (if i try to inspect it, it says "missing_image" or something like that).
I think there should be a multiple choice question or something like that somewhere but i can't see it (maybe instead of the missing image), and the "NEXT" button is gray.
The problem is that whenever i try reviewing something after about 12-13 i receive the 4 hour stop message.
I'm at 1912 reviews by now and always been on green (old) or good/great level. I don't know what happened..
