Select the photos that don't meet the criteria - Can't submit review

I just got a photo review for the first time and cant seem to submit the review. If I select all photos meet the criteria and click submit, it brings me back to the same page. If I select one of the two photos (that appear to be identical) it selects both... something doesn't seem to be working right.
Chrome OS Version 89.0.4389.95 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Please note one thing when you selected all meet criteria. Did you happen to see the arrow on the screen of the one on the right? I did. They want us to really review and look for those details. If that is your pointer from your computer, I do not know.
It was my cursor. I had two reviews last night that did the same thing, however today when I had a photo review it seem to work normally and let me submit. Maybe it was a session related issue? Not sure.
