Would You Vote Favourably On My Pillbox Nomination?

As it says in supplemental information, hard to get a good photograph due to location. I found it using the Defence of Britain Archive (map), though the council page they link to is sadly a dead link. Link I used in the supplemental information for those interested: http://www.pillbox-study-group.org.uk/types-of-pillbox/type-24-pillbox/

Is there actually a footpath or public access leading up to it? Most of these I see submitted are in the middle of somewhere like an arable field with no footpath or similar, so would be classed as PRP - ie you have to trespass to get to it. Does the same apply here or is access allowed?
If I saw this I would have to rate the location as 1* as there is nothing I can see on the satallite view to give any hint there is something there, it's just a pin in heavy tree cover. I can't even give it a 3* - "might be there but obscured" because your photos have nothing in them to allow any sort of location comparisom.
TLDR - 1* - unable to find location.
it's on public land. A nature reserve. It is hard to find it sadly. I really want them to clean it up.
Can you use https://webapps.kent.gov.uk/KCC.ExploringKentsPast.Web.Sites.Public/SingleResult.aspx?uid=SKE6447 to prove its location ?
I don't know the area well enough but there are type 24's on there listed by the river if you can find the correct one you can use that as a link to prove its there.
Apart from having issues with the location being hard to verify id be happy to accept it.
Sadly, the pillbox I've nominated above is not on that list. I used the council map before to look at it. Only Defence of Britain Archive map.
I should really contact the council.
P.S. thanks for trying!
