How is this upside down?

I nominated a heavily used subway station in Queens, NYC and it got rejected for being "sideways/upside down."
Any advice or suggestions? I'm discouraged to even bother nominating this again.

Its not tilted but the focus is bad. Try putting the sign/wall in the center of the picture and not in the upper area.
Its also rejected for not meeting criteria. Which in my opinion is correct
The first rejection reason is the correct one. The second reason is just someone trying to "message" you or thinks (without evidence) that selecting a random reason helps them avoid a cool down.
Can I ask why? All of the Tube / Underground stations in London are in-game as Portals or Stops, I don't see why something like this would be any different, it is a Station.
You should know not to orientate pff existing portals, i dont see how it meets any of the three criteria, and also under what makes a good wayspot:
Transit stations
A nod to the transportation industry, which also connects and unites people around the world Accept transportation hubs (like Grand Central Station), but not every single small transit stop (like a subway station or a bus stop)
this is not a big hub, its just one of many train stations.
If your going to submit it again try having less foreground and just get a good photo of the sign. Are there other lines that are portals/stops? See what is different in those photos. Sometimes the person doing the review is just overly picky
same goes for Hamburg, Germany.
Even the newest one is a POI:
How are you getting a response that quickly for a non-upgraded one?
Priorized location. Possible, mostly depending in lvl 6/9 S2 cells.
Queens is the easternmost and largest in area of the five boroughs of New York City, geographically adjacent to the borough of Brooklyn at the western end of Long Island.
If that's priotized, I will stop reviewing.
I can check the cells later.
I suspect it may be just outside of the NYC center area for cells. A significant amount of people chose NYC as bonus for tons of reviews for upgrades. A subway station should be approvable or duplicate not showing in pokemon. It looks very much like bots to be honest.
The area is close to a LVL 6 border, so there might actually be a priority
The Long Island cell will have a low number of POIs, most of this cell is water.
I live by the water as well. I really don't care. If NYC gets priority, then we truly have too many portals in the system and no further reviews are needed. I gave up submitting stuff in my town and I only have 1 nomination hanging out in voting in same slow moving cell (8-9 months). I just submitted a playground in a town that doesn't have it's own raid group discord. I know it will take least 1-2 months longer to get a descision than the NYC subway station.
The priorización algorithm, as its understood, takes into account the wayspot density of the cells that a reviewer is allocated and gives priority to the one with less wayspots. That means suburbs of large cities have normally faster processing times than almost everywhere else because they're next to an area (the city) with lots of reviewers and wayspots.
The same happens where I live. Anything 30 to 40 km away from Buenos Aires will have a decision in 2 weeks to one month from being nominated, while anything within the city itself will only move to voting if upgraded.
I know density. It's prioritizing completely incorrectly. The cells boundaries are arbitrary and create situations where 2 people can have a very simliar play experiences nearby but have dramatically different response times for approvals/denials. I'm not going to tolerate a 4 times as long response near my house and 2 times as long for communities that don't even have organized groups. I don't need additional poi's to have a playable game. I may not have a completely filled downtown like experience but it is very playable. I'll be outside playing.
@NianticCasey-ING Why does NYC (even just part of it) have such a short response time? You can do a better job distributing US reviews.
