How to include a photosphere in a nomination?

I nominated a small drinkwater fountain on a T-junction in my village. The nomination was rejected for the following reason:

“Insufficient evidence that the nomination accurately reflects the submitted real-world location based on comparison of the submitted photo and map views.”

Unfortunately Street View is not available in my village and when zooming in on Google Maps, the fountain doesn’t show because there’s not enough zoom factor available.

I searched the forum and found the advice to include a photosphere picture with my nomination. My question is: how can I do this in the PoGo app??

Thanks for your help!

Just create one. It will appear on Maps and so it will also appear in WF!

@Waaigirl-PGO You need to create the photosphere using the street view app from Google. There's plenty of tutorials about it on the internet.

Yo aria la foto bien cerca y si tienes la posibilidad de hacer una foto panorámica mejor, cuando la mandes asegúrate de estar cerca para que Google Maps coja bien la ubicación no hace falta ampliarla

Create a 360° Photosphere using Google Streetview and publish it. It will automatically appear in Google Maps whole reviewing. But it seems that you need a device that have Gravity Sensors to make a photosphere using streetview. Just like @Lechu1730-PGO said, there are plenty of tutorials available.

    It's easy. Good Luck

As was said, use the "Street View" app to create a photosphere. Upload it on wifi if at all possible.

I mention in my supporting information section that a photosphere has been placed.

I review my nominations in Wayfarer to see if the photosphere is live for reviewers before I upgrade anything that depends on the photosphere to go through.

I am not sure that a drinking fountain will be approved, but that was not your question.

This is what I do :

    - Download Street View app on my phone

    - Go to the POI

    - Open Street View app, and follow the steps to make a photophere (plenty of examples online, but basically I look at the POI, hold my phone and I rotate, maybe twice if I need to take some pictures above the POI too). I don't need to click to take the pictures, it's like making a video, the app shows me points to follow, and it takes the pictures by itself , but I don't know if it depends on your device.

    - The app creates one photosphere with the different pictures, it can take a few minutes. I go into my profile in the app and my photospheres are listed. Once the photosphere is ready, I click on it and check if it's OK. Sometimes it's not (bad collage) so I start over.

    - If I like the result, I click on "publish" or "submit" or something like that and then I check back later because Google Maps will either approve or reject it. I need to click on the picture and it's written beneath it "approved by Maps". I got one rejected once (no clue why, looked good to me), I went back to the POI a few days later and did the exact same thing and it got approved.

    - Check Google Street View website on my computer to see if the Photosphere appears on the maps (usually after a few hours in my area, but I've heard it depends on the regions)

Note that the name I use to log in the app (my google account, so my real name...) appears on the photosphere on the maps. I kinda don't like it but I don't think there is something to do about it (I don't want to create a fake account).
