hi, the google map not updated but iphone map (plan) is up to date .. pokestop refused because not visible on google map ... how to do? (my stats 7400 validation, 70-80 pokestop add in game)

Try to add a Photosphere on the location instead. That should show the area a bit better, as well as the object of nomination.
Install the Street View app and use that to make a photosphere to place on the map, as was suggested. If there is a link you can give in the supporting information that proves this exists now, include the link there. Make sure your supporting photo includes both the main object you are submitting and something in the background that shows reviewers it is actually there - like a street sign or the buildings already in place on Maps.
Use your supporting photo to show the POI in relation to other landmarks that are visible on google maps or streetview. In your supporting comments help guide the reveiwer to verify the location.
Aside from this as mentioned by others a photosphere can help.
