Yo! I have a complaint issue about "what and why this submission mark as 'duplicate'?!" In Lembang, West Java, Indonesia
I mean, no duplicate except if this hotel was already exists as pokéstop/gym, what kinda heck is this?!!

So that means you reviewed something and selected it as duplicate and got an agreement from it
Where as your nomination would be rejected for what ever reason in your rejection email.
The first screenshot shows the status of your nomination. It was rejected correctly, as it is just a generic hotel.
Your second screenshot shows your reviewing stats, not your nomination stats. For more information check

Hotel? This is not good nomination. In second screenshots is your nomination check stats, no your rejected.

Did you read rejection mail for your nomination? In it you would see why reviewers rejected your nomination - you can only find it in mail, you won't find it on wayfarer site :)
As someone here wrote before me, hotels aren't really good nominations. I think you should read criteria on wayfarer again (https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/) to see what makes good nominations, it will help you with choosing something nice to nominate in your area :)
As for nice nominations you might try to nominate, the most easy to accept are: monuments, temples/churches (also religious monuments too), playgrounds, outdoor gyms, any sports fields, some informational boards (like boards with information about animals, plants or maps), museums, murals (but not illegal grafitti and definetly not graffiti with only tags or someone's name - they're ineligible), some public gazebos (if you're not sure if the one you want to nominate is eligible, try asking here with photos of them before nominating).
Also mostly eligible but a bit harder to get accepted are some fountains, some water pumps, restaurants (but you must explain how are they important to local community, they also rather shouldn't be from any chains, local non-chain restaurants and cafes with some good history or just really popular can be good nomination but some reviewers still reject them as they started to be eligible not that long ago), some cinemas and theatres (better non-chain, local ones) trail markers (they're also often hard to accept, and they can't be mass produced signs). Some other interesting buildings can be sometimes a nice nominations, but with these it's good to ask if you're not sure about them.
With all your nominations you must be sure they're not on any shool grounds (like sports fields on school ground - anything on school ground will be rejected), not on PRP (private property of single family house - even if somethings is on fence of that house, it's still ineligible and will be rejected) and have safe pedestrian acces. And if you have any friends that play Ingress, try to ask them if something you want to nominate isn't visible as portal in they game, as not all POIs are visible in PoGo, so sometimes you might try to nominate something that exist in database but you don't see it in PoGo, and you will get a duplicate beacuse of it.

Don't be discouraged to nominate things with this rejection, read nomination criterias again and try with something else that is eligible, it will be good, you will see. Good luck with your future nominations :)

Well, it's your choice, if you don't want to nominate new POIs, that's fine :)
