Hallo an alle.
Ich bin mir ehrlich gesagt nicht sicher, wieso ein Jugendtreff bei uns im Dorf abgelehnt wurde.
Meines Erachtens entspricht dieser Jugendtreff den Richtlinien für einen Wayspot
Schaut doch gerne einmal rüber und gebt mir Tipps.

Jugendtreffs sind (zumindest in Deutschland, in anderen Ländern gibt es solche Einrichtungen nicht in dieser Art) zulässig, da sie soziale Zusammenarbeit fördern und somit als "great place for being social/meet people gelten.
What rejection reasons did you get? Maybe someone didn't understand what it is and rejected it as K-12?
And you definetly should inprove your descriptions, you didn't write anything that reviewers could use to understand if it's eligible, in your support text you write litteraly nothing useful to reviewers too. When people read "youth club" and don't get any more information, they will think it's for young kids and because of that it's ineligible (K-12 rejection). And I looked at your location and across this place is a school, so maybe people think it might be a part of it too. You definetly must give more information to reviewers for it ;)
I think it can be accepted, but you must add some more information about it in description (what activity is here, does it have anything for adults or teenagers too, what can people do here etc.), and explain it location in support text - that it's not a part of nearby school, how people can see it's the correct location on it (you don't have streetview), something that make people accept it :)
I think you might also make support photo from a bit far away, so people can see some more area surrounding this place and compare it to map view. You're upgrading it so it can be send to people from really far away from your location (even from othe countries), and and reviewers from far away need nice information to be sure they should accept it. Good luck, I think it has a chance :)
