I have 1 upgrade saved
i then did a nomination for a new stop, And then applied the upgrade
the problem is that, my upgrade is still saved, and the nomination says, that the next upgrade Will apply.
what to do? I want to use the saved on the new nomination, dont want to wait

Like Luke said , the upgrade will apply to the nomination in 1-7 days from when you submitted it.
Did you try the upgrade next button? I'm a bit confused by your text, that's why i'm asking.
I think his problem is that his stored upgrade was not applied to the new nomination. But thats normal for new submissions.
