Multiple POI within a common location

Hi,
I am fairly new to reviewing and want to learn the best practice for handling a POI within a larger common location. For example, Sunset Blvd Playground would be a great nomination as it fits Niantic’s waypoint criteria. However, a lot of related nominations are also submitted such as Slide at Sunset Blvd Playground, Splashpad at Sunset Blvd Playground, Baseball Diamond #1, Baseball Diamond #2 etc. How do you rate these subsequent submissions?

Typically a playground is one entity, and you don't submit each piece of play equipment separately. If there are two different playgrounds separated by a fair bit of space both can be submitted. For playgrounds you'll usually only wind up with one wayspot regardless-- there has to be 20 meters of space between pins, and the majority of playgrounds that I've looked at are < 20 meters across. (This was based on survey of a bunch of playgrounds in the San Francisco bay area.)
In the past Niantic has said that if multiple things like sports fields are grouped together. If there's a fair bit of distance between them they can be submitted separately. Four tennis courts inside a fence are unquestionably one submission. I believe that four baseball diamonds clustered together are well, but they often end up being submitted and accepted separately.
I generally have no problem submitting multiple baseball fields in a cluster seperately and its fine. Each are valid for there own poi. Playgrounds generally one. A splashpad would be eligible for its own as well. And generally a park sign would be eligible on its own as well
Rate each on its own merit.
Let Niantic determine if they are too close or not.
