i have tried to create a pokestop with the news streets plates, but it was rejected because someone is saying this picture is a animal? I think this is not normal at all

The main reason is "doesn't meet criteria", which is absolutely correct here.
That's a street sign which doesn't meet any kind of criteria.
Some rejection reasons might not be accurate/troll but the rejection is correct.
Ah! You have been assigned the “it’s an animal” reason. Me too. When you get bizarre, inaccurate reasons like this, please don’t take them personally. For whatever reason, many—MANY— of us have had the same reasons provided for rejections.
I just laugh them off anymore. Not holding my breath for things to change anytime soon.
I agree with your opinion but the reason of the rejection is a little bit stupid,
I made me reviews with very caution and check every criteria and see a review like that make me feel anger...
It's not stupid. It's the correct rejection reason. Your nomination is a street sign that doesn't meet any of the three elegibility criteria. Reviewers avoiding the use of the correct reason is why you end up being told there's an animal in your picture.
