What if a swing or a slide of a playground is submitted and when checking for duplicate, the same playground as a whole appears. Or vice versa.
Is this a rejection?
And what if a castle is submitted and before, the dungeon or the drawbridge has aleady beeen submitted? Or vice versa?

One item per playground, including the playground. If the playground is a Waypoint already, any of the bits of play equipment submitted as a separate Waypoint would be counted as a Duplicate, and the other way round.
Playground as above.
Castle, If a museum, i'd treat like a museum where the location is a waypoint and exhibits inside can be waypoints.
