This wayspot was removed about a week ago. On the geotagged photos I took you can see, that it exists and is fully eligible. This is a unique and separate place for children to play, not some duplicate. I'm with YMegasnorlax here, it's part of a set of playground equipment and the playground is already a POI. That makes this POI as duplicate of the playground.
