You cannot appeal rejected nominations. Niantic suggests that you review the Wayspot Criteria and if you believe your nomination is still eligible, resubmit it.

I'm not appeal a REJECTION, I told that they start to reject POI that are in CRITERIA only because comes from Ingress.

I understand you but it is NOT Niantic's fault that submissions do not pass. Ingress and now PGo players review the submissions.

Niantic should review submissions. This have gone downfall since last year (🤮).

Have similar experience. Mine is a defunct historical fire station. Its main doors were blocked with a pedestrian walkway. Only a small meandering road for cars. It can still be rejected as obstruction of emergency services.

It's really a joke. Where the emergency services was long a ago "obstructed" by a walkway.

The first photo makes it look like you're attempting to submit a single piece of equipment instead of the whole playground. A lot of reviewers have low tolerance for that.

I'd suggest take a broader photo that shows the whole playground, and naming it something like '<location> playground' (in your local language, of course).
