I don't understand why the portal "En avant leshistoires" (Loc: 47.225518,-1.530036) was deleted yesterday.
This streetart still present.
It's a valid POI so the wayspot should be reappear.

This is a streetart from Fast Freak (FREAK (@fast_freak) • Photos et vidéos Instagram).
It's on an electrik box, not on a personnal house
Did this poi is 40m away for a private propriety, privite garden include ?
If yes, that the reason why he was delete. If people need to trepass a PP for catch a pokemon or destroy a resonator, looks not ok for nia now ....
So many poi desapear for this reason in our region, idk if is from PoGo or ingress but mainly HP / WP and ingress field ancor are targeted 🙄.
The poi is in the street, everyone can walk on the sidewalk, even touch the poi with the hand if you are enough tall ^^

The portal seemed to be valid and accessible.
In addition, the street-art artist FREAK seemed happy to have been at the origin of an Ingress portal :
It's absolutely impossible trespass. It's in the center of Nantes City: gardens are behind high walls.
This portal is 100% legit
Perhaps but can we agree that this portal is awful ? This kind of street art seems to be made to be viewed... Why put it its in this place? There is nothing remarkable except the place of a hp...
Is it suspect to be placed just for this? That's why the owner of this hp thanks the maker in social network?

"The world around you is not what it seems". What I liked, in that game, was discovered some secrets and alternative POI in a city. It's sooooo boring link children playground, church and Post office. I prefered capture streetart.

I don't speak about art of course... I speak about this portal... I follow your link and discover the Rabot's website...If i compare all the postcard in Nantes, yours is very weird by the framing of the photo for example...I notice that the administrator of this website is also an ingress player of your faction, you seems to know the artist with tour scoial networks interactions, this streetart is sticked on the perfect place to provide you a HP...that's enough element to write this post here in my opinion. This is the place to discuss this.
Now I agree with you about low quality of too many portal in the game and it's getting worse and worse unfortunately.
Around me, many portals were deleted without reason...They were however completely legit and it's totally unfair ! But fortunately for you Nia is not agree with me...

Je me suis intéressée au travail de l'artiste après qu'il soit venu coller ses oeuvres sur Nantes (oui, il y en a d'autres: pas eu le temps de lestrouver pour en faire des portails): je suis ludothécaire donc, forcément, du streetart Playmobil me parle ^^ Et je serai bien incapable de l'influencer pour qu'il vienne coller ses oeuvres à tel ou tel endroit: c'est un électron libre :D
C'est devenu mon hp car c'est beaucoup + fun qu'une Poste mais, en soit, je n'en ai pas besoin pour jouer: il y a toujours la Poste. Et puis, pour ce que je joue... Depuis Prime, Ingress a perdu beaucoup d'intérêt: plus d'anomalies, plus d'event avec médailles et, depuis la crise sanitaire, plus de rencontres entre joueurs. Alors oui, il faut que la map continue à évoluer avec des POI intéressants pour que mes futurs voyages me permettent de découvrir des villes de manière alternative, sans quoi ouvrir l'appli n'aura plus d'intérêt.
Manifestement, le portail serait de retour. Et tant mieux parce qu'il est legit. Et du coup, je ne fais même plus l'effort d'écrire en anglais ^^. Bonne journée, et à bientôt sur le jeu ou IRL
