Regional language

I do not really know what to do about it.

Here in britanny there is two local language (I do not know which one it is but I guess it is "breton", the more mainstream).

It is teach in some particular bi-lingual school, but spoken by only 5,5 % of the population of this (my) region, i.e. not 5 % of the whole country (France). Technically the language is not an official one (not recognized by the constitution).

Personnally I am born here and I do not understand a single word. It is probably the same for the vast majority of players.

I do not know what to do exactly. Just rank 1* the description? Refuse the whole proposition ? Is it in conformity to the criteria to have pokestop with a title and a description not understood by 95 % of the population?

    You can go to thebottom if the screen and click "skip" if you don't understand the nomination's language, or do your best with a translation website like google translate.

    There's no criteria stating the language in the submission must be the majority language in your local area.

    If that's a regional language even if only 5.5% of the population can understand it, then it has a cultural value to have maybe 0.5% of all the wayspots in that region as a homage to the old times.

    @Cdk296-PGO wayfarer+ plugin has a quick translator button built-in.

    remember there is no oficial wayfarer language.

    and giving less than 3* to description means you are rejecting the entire sub due to that.

    As mentioned above, you should review it as you would any other submission, using a translator if necessary. There is no rule that says the submission must be in the majority or official language of the area (nor should there be in my opinion). You should not mark down any part of the score simply because you do not understand the untranslated text (or because you believe the majority of nearby players will not be able to read it).
