Upgrades bar Stuck at 0%

Since my accepted agreement was at 2308(though I don’t have SS from 2308) I got an upgrade and reached at 0% but after that I noticed my agreement is coming but the bar is still stuck at 0%. And I don’t think I received this all agreement early before it was counted. After seeing this I took SS from (Total Reviewed-4389, Acceted-2317, Rejeted-491, Duplicated-34) and today I took another SS of current situation, got 19 agreements and still at 0%.

Do you have 10 upgrades stacked? You can’t stack more than that, so after 10 it stops adding agreements.
