Id like to know! Because the System came to a standstill. I didnt really get anything thru in the past week.

I'm not reviewing. Besides learning Queens NY had priority over my area. I had 2 rocks and a live goat to review. I was also rejecting a large amount of gas stations and convience stores in rural areas (why bother submitting actual qualified things like trails). System needs revision.
Its a "review or wait over two years for your nominations". So I am kinda forced to review.
I'm less reviewing now, because I dont want Upgrades. I submit in a very speedy cell, where they are simply not needed, as well as in a fully dead region with timescales more than a year. But the problem there: I have all the fool proof candidates done, so only shaky candidates are left, where Upgrades would lead to instant rejections....
I have only a few fool proof candidates left, but they wouldnt appear in all games, so I use them as buffers for accidentially earned upgrades .....
yes that is another thing that Niantic should fix.
If you live in a "speedy cell" theres no need to upgrade (so no need to review).
