Additional information: Combining an Appeal of title and description since they go hand-in-hand.
Said Waypoint was one of my first Portals I've ever submitted. Back then, I didn't know what a Stolperstein actually is. I now know that this is, in fact, NO Stolperstein.
Wikipedia article about Stolperstein: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stolperstein - They're small stones embedded into sidewalks meant to commemorate victims of the Nazis. Said Waypoint has nothing to do with that, since it's just a plaque thanking the EU for help with a local Park.
Title: "Umgestaltung der Wallanlagen" translates to "Remodeling of {Park name}" - the thing this plque is here for. The exact text is engraved at the bottom of it (which you can see in the intel picture)
Description: "Danktafel am Wall." translates to "thank plaque in {Park name}" - the thing this basically is
