several months ago i asked why this particular stop was not being accepted you suggested the following
dont zoom in CHECK
clean the sign CHECK
make sure you can read the sign CHECK
yet once again its been rejected with no valid reason or input by the person that reviewed it
seriously what more do i need to do to get this accepted i climbed up a high voltage telagraph pole to take that pic as the sign is about 10 ft in the air

Lets see the whole nomination, photo and text, supporting photo and information and an indication of the location. Based on your single photo I'm 50:50 on whether it a valid submission - there is not enough detail there to say one way or the other.
It takes a lot more than 1 person to reject a nomination, or to accept it, somewhere in the region of 20 or more people, so a lot of people decided this nomination was not acceptable.
As sogNinjaman-ING wrote, please show us your full nomination, screenshots with both your photos, all text, location and screenshot of rejection mail. Without it we don't know what reviewers see and why they might reject it.
Not all rejection reasons are correct, but without seeing your full nomination, we can't help you.
Also, you posted in wrong part of forum. @NianticGiffard, could you please move this thread to Nomination Improvement part of forum? It definetly fit in better in Nomination Improvement than to Photo Appeals :)

Sorry, but I don't see your nomination in the supporting photo. Most of your supporting photo is tarmac, and the main photo is too zoomed in in order to see anything around it.

Did all your support text was only a link to another site? Or you mean that you copied text from this site to support text? It's hard to get it from your post.
As I mentioned, not all rejectionreasons might be correct. Remember that if 30 reviewers rejected your nomination for "Not meet criteria" and only 1 person choose "bad photo", you will get both these reasons in rejection mail, that's how system works. But without seeing screenshot of your full nomination it's still hard to say anything more. Is this photo you added here your main photo of nomination?
Also please don't accuse other players about malicious rejections when you get something rejected. There is needed a lot of people to get nomination rejected, one or two persons from your local area couldn't reject it alone because they don't like it. Add here screenshots of your full nomination, then we can tell why it was rejected. I hope we could help you with it :)

the picture is 33% screen size so i can get it all in the picture
the link in my post takes you to the actual walk and its entire route
its impossible to take a accurate picture when the sign is some 10 ft in the air so its a picture of the item or nothing

Take multiple screen shots, having it at 33% doesn't help us assess your nomination as it just makes everything look blurred.
Also dont add the images to the post using the picture icon, use the paper clip attachement icon, they will be uploaded directly without the need for approval.
Also this is wrong, freedom of speech does not allow you the right to just say whatever you want on a forum such as this.
It's to small to read anything, but as you posted all your text in other post, can you make 3 separate screenshots from it so it will be more visible to us? First part - title, main photo, Second part - description and location, Third part - support photo and support text. It would be really helpful to us. But I will try to help looking at what we got now, I hope it will be enough.
I'm sorry to tell you this, but your nomination is made pretty bad, in a way that it's not weird that it was rejected. Here's some main problems:
1) Your main photo is bad, it's too zoom in.
It's nice that you can read what is written on sign, but you can't even seen full part of trail marker, and people might be confused what it is.
If you think that making photo of full sign is too hard to make, try making at least a photo with one full part of trail marker visible, so people can read what is written here and see what it really is so they will know what they are looking for on streetview.
2) Your support photo is even worse that main photo, and it's a really bad thing - you need to improve it for sure.
Support photo must shown your nomination and area near it, not only pavement near your nomination. With your main photo too zoom in and support photo don't showing your nomination reviewers can't be sure what they look for and how to check if it's placed in correct location.
This is a place where you can make photo from a bit far away, that will show pole with trail markers and some area near it with easy to recognize buildings that can be found on streetview to make reviewers sure it's correct location of your nomination.
You can also make here photo in landscape view so it will show more area. You definetly need to make better photo with both nomination and area near it.
3) Improve description a bit.
Try mentioning at the start of description that it's a trail marker, as you didn't mentioned it in title, and it looks like you're nominating full walk (Your title can even get you a duplicate, as I saw your other thread where you posted existing POIs with really similiar names - as walk was accepted before, some reviewers might take another walk nomination as a duplicate. Mention it's a trail marker, it should help :)
You also need to correct some spells errors, add some periods and commas to make it's easier to read. Now it's a one big sentence that is hard to decipher at first.
I corrected it a bit, I don't say it's the best description now, but it's for sure better to read: "A trail marker on a part of the Graig Fawr walk that goes through the town of Pontarddulais. This marker is in approximately the last quarter of the walk, before you head up into the mountain part of the walk."
It's a bit easier to read for sure, and it mention you're nominating a trail marker :)
4) Your support text don't help much, as it's almost a copy of your description - reviewers don't get any important information about this nomination from it. Adding link to website is a good idea, but first give some text to reviewers that will support your nomination.
I checked streetview in this place, and your trail markers aren't visible on it. Mention about it not being visible on streetview because of old streetview. You also made photosphere, but there is a big chance that reviewers don't get it and get old streetview.
Mention in support text that there is made more accurate and recent photosphere that confrims nomination's location, and add link to this photosphere in your support text - with this you will be sure that reviewers see photosphere, and they can compare it to old streetview to be sure of location.
After this you can mention it's a trail marker on official walk, and you can read about this walk on this website (and here link to your website). Also be sure your text will be made with full and separate by dots sentences (and that each sentence starts with capital letter and will have commas in correct places). It's really important to make clear and easy to read texts that will help reviewers about your nomination.
Maybe some other players here will also have some nice advices for you, I hope with these improvement you will get it accepted :)
as requested here are the FULL size pictures havent included the location map as picture shows address use google maps to find it
also i thought the supporting photo was meant to show how safe the area is hence the pavement picture and street name

Supporting photo is mean to show safe area for pedestrian, but it also must shown thing you're nominating, so people can see that this safe area if near this POI. I mentioned it in my previous post, why it's especially important in your nomination case, please read it :)
I also explained it in my previous post, but to put it short: Your nomiantion isn't visible on streetview and it seems that reviewers don't get your photosphere and see old streetview without trail marker on it (this is reason for "mismatched location" rejection reason you got in mail), and your photos don't help reviewers with finding it (that's the reason for "bad photo" and "not met criteria" rejection reasons you also got in mail).
It looks like your other nominations were visible on streetview and you had better main photo that helped reviewers see it in correct location with help of streetview, and thanks to that they were accepted. This one isn't visible on streetview and photos are bad, so without improving it as I mentioned in my earlier post, you don't have much chance of getting it accepted.

Heres a thought, have you tried taking the picture to show the full sign like you did with the other two you submitted? Having it zoomed in like you have doesnt help it. Supporting picture not showing the sign does help either. Are these markers in close proximity to the one you are trying to submit? If so reviewers maybe a bit more harsh on your nomination depending on distance between them.
On a side note theres a lot of different platforms that use ingress to review and nominate and its very wrong of you to try and say one or the other is actively trying to reject your submissions.
Can you supply the location picture please, i used the address on the picture and street view doesn't match up with your picture
