Any idea about how to improve that nomination please ?

Hello,

first of all, here is the nomination :

Le mur aux poissons

Cléden-Cap-Sizun

REJETÉES

2021-02-06

Description

I tried many things that i will explain here :

  • i took different pictures from different angles like this one to show more of the context (i tried several pictures from different angles/vertical/horizontal etc...) :

(i took some others as well but nothing seems to work)

  • i explained many things into the "help with more informations", i explained why it is a permanent content, why it is unique, why it is hard to see with google maps (we don't have the angle to see well that pokestop cause we can't move into the road that can show it), why it is unique, and many things
  • I tried to explain that is visible and NOT in a private property
  • Many other things that i don't remember just right now.

And here comes the reasons about the rejects :

  • Private property or in a farm (We can show it isn't even if i could understand that point when you can't see well the nomination from google maps).
  • Not a permanent content....well, it is CEMENTING PASTE and here for a year now so i don't understand how it shouldn't be, specially when i explain it everytime.
  • Explicit sexuality.....well after all they are **** fishes, right ? Come on...it's ridiculous....
  • Bad pictures. Nope, they are all with really good quality so it's still not a reason to refuse the pokestop.
  • Player harassment....yeah fishes are so mocking that all trainers should feel really bad !

So there is my point i always get wrong reasons to refuse the nomination (except the first one that can be kinda hard to prove due to the lack of visibility on google maps) and it seems that wayfarers just don't care at all about what i'm writting in the description and just refuse for random reasons the nomination.

I bet i do wrong things but actually i tried to change just everything with the different nominations and everything i tried failed, so what can i do to improve that nomination please ?

I can even tell you that i know the owner of the property and she did that structure for people that walk here and she would be fine with that structure turning into a pokestop (i didn't wrote it yet in description since i cannot write many things in it, maybe should I?)

So actually i'm kinda frustrated and would really appreciate some help to improve that nomination, thanks !

If its attached to the wall of someones property the private property rejection is correct. I would suggest not submitting this again as it is ineligible based off of that

I'm kinda suprised about the answer but now i got it, thanks.

Then if it was on the other side, on the little wall owned by the village it would work ? Since it's not someone's property it should, but in this case how can i explain it is not someone's property? That's kinda tedious to make distinction between a private or public wall.

In any case, i know now that it will never work despite the fact it is all accessible from the street and the owner is fine with it to turn into a pokestop. Curious but that explain why it is always refused.

Well, you probably saved me from a headache, thanks mates :)

Just to clarify, it's ineligible if it's on "single family residences or private farmlands". So if I were to consider this (not necessarily accept) I'd expect an info stating that this isn't located in a private house or farm, whether in Maps or Street View (e.g. business sign)
