This playground (and child) are in a small town, where everyone knows everyone else. Even in a large town, I wouldn’t approve with a child in the photo. In this case, it’s clear that this picture is a violation of privacy. What area of rejection would you select for this? Thanks. I appreciate your insights and experience.

..I don't see any reject reason to be applied.
lets see:
nop. no reason to reject it.
Photo Quality > Submitter Identifiable
Use for nominations where the photo includes extraneous objects or identifiers that may not necessarily be part of the object.
It will give the person making the nomination an email with the rejection reason "Nomination appears to contain extraneous objects or identifiers not representative of the nomination."
I have used this reason a few times, like your example, when I saw multiple nominations coming from the same park where it was obvious the submitter was staging their child in the photographs.
this is an extreme conclusion.. but whatever.
No. It's not. I know one where someone did that with their child and a bridge. People really love their kids and will try to sneak them in.
@Gendgi-PGO Thank you for sharing what you’ve done in similar situations. I’ll follow your suggestion, and appreciate your help. 😄
If its supporting pic no big deal. If its main it really depends for me. Most times i would reject as there more than likely is a time they can retake a picture without people
This is the main photo submitted for the nomination. I would not worry if it was the supporting photo, which is never published after acceptance.
