How days will it take to validate a new pokestop nomination. This is the first times I have nominated. So I in a doubt.

It depends entirely on your area. It could take a few weeks, months, or even years. Upgrading your nom makes it go by much faster, as in a few days/weeks.
The shortest time I've heard of was a few hours, the longest was 4 years.
So no one can really give you a conclusive answer. Each area has its own average turnaround time. So it depends.
If your area is pretty rural it will take a lot shorter than if your area is pretty densely populated.
I live in a pretty dense area, and nominations without an upgrade take somewhere from 4 months to 18 months here. Once I upgrade them they are likely to get accepted or rejected within 48 hours of the upgrade.
It really depends on where you live and how active the Wayfarer community is.
What is upgrading?
In short, for every 100 agreements you receive from reviewing in Wayfarer, you get an upgrade perk that can be used for a nomination. When applied, the nomination gets sent to reviewers in a larger area. This can mean more reviews and faster decisions (not necessarily acceptance).
As @okto345-ING said, and just to add a little advice~ if you have 2 or more nominations in queue I suggest you mark your favorite one with the "upgrade next" before you gain an upgrade, because the system assign automatically (and randomly) one of your nominations if you didn't mark beforehand. Fwiw - response from Belgium.
For one very brief period I've seen them go through in under 48h without upgrade. I've heard of multiple people around my area of them going over a year since. Usually, upgraded ones reach a conclusion in under 48h. Not always the conclusion I'd hope for, but it's quick nonetheless.
Annoyingly, a few things I've tried when travelling in northern France, from a similar timeframe, got answers in under two weeks without upgrades. It appears location and reviewer density matter a lot.
