Recon Badge (Ingress) discontinued?

Hello, does the Recon Badge no longer exist or can it no longer be obtained?
According to the information about the badges at FevGames, I should have enough matches with other wayfarers to reach the 1st level of the Recon Badge in Ingress.
In PokémonGO I already have the 1st level of the Wayfarer medal.
My Wayfinder Rating shouldn't be a problem at the moment. The email address is identical for both games.
The screenshots show how far my medal is in Pokémon GO, my Wayfinder rating and that I have not yet received a badge in Ingress. Why is that?

The recon badge still exists in Ingress.
Did you have your Ingress account when you started reviewing or did you create it at later date?
Thanks for the information. I've had my PokémonGO account since 2016. I've been playing Ingress since late 2019. I thought previous agreements would retrospectively be credited to the Recon Badge/Medal.
Update: Yesterday my Recon medal appeared in my Ingress profile with 107 agreements. The relatively large difference between the agreements of the Wayfarer medal from PoGO and that of Ingress unfortunately still exists...

Yeah as far I know you don't get retrospective agreements credited in Ingress, not sure if it is the same in PoGo.
You only get Recon credit if you were in Good or Great status when the agreement came through (regardless of your status when you made the review).
Also, edits (and probably photo adds) do not count toward the Ingress Recon badge - only new portal nominations.
For YEARS, Niantic has said they'll add edits to Recon... "soon". Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me thousands of times, shame on me if I kept trusting.
