Maybe it's on the border, but definitely not in the center of the area.
Correct location of center - 55.815250, 37.796527
Also 2 portals in this area were moved to the correct place in January 2020 using ingress forum. Then they were again moved from the most correct location to the north. It would also be nice to lock the correct location of the portals or check the players who are corrupting the portal's net.
