When will the pokestop placement be update to Match ingress as we have had loads of stop accepted yet the only get add to ingress because of the cell size yet the stops would be a good bit a part from other so or gym this is very frustrating as we are trying to place stops in the correct place but down get them in Pokémon go there is nothing at the time of placement to help player

The short answer, which you are likely to find unpalatable, is likely never at all.
There is a longer answer, but the bottom line is its highly unlikely / almost never going to happen
Look for items, places etc. in different cells, it's as easy as that.
You will need to petition The Pokemon Company, which makes the final decisions on Pokemon Go's game design. This is not something that Niantic can change on their own.
You may need to look over the guidelines on how to nominate a spot again. Sometimes, it's tricky. If your photos are clear enough, and if you get a specific shot without any living things interfering, there is a possibility that something is good to happen.
It's not about the fact nominations got denied. Just that multiple were in the same cell, resulting in only portals being created, and not a Pokéstop.

Do you have proof. Becuase what I stated is the standard arrangment for any license agreement. The Pokemon Company will not blindly hand over their IP without some sort of controls or oversight.
