Waystops are wrongly getting rejected

Me and my friends are currently submitting a Discgolf Park and to prove it's existens we put a link in the bonus description. But sadly it gets rejected then for having an url. Isnt that rejection reason only for the title and main description?

Not every rejection reasons are correct, some reviewers might choosen wrongly rejection for URL - you're right that this rejection is correct only for any URL in title or description. Url in support text it ok to add as it won't show in game, it's not reason for rejection.
I'm not sure how many people choose rejection criteria for URL, but it might be just one person - if 20 people chose "not met criteria" and 1 person choose "URL in title" then you will get both rejection reasons in mail.
You got two rejection reason: one for url, and one for "not met criteria" (The proposal does not meet the acceptance criteria.). Some people just think it's not eligible, as they don't know it and didn't try to look for it.
I think it should be eligible as it's a sport, but maybe try to nominate all disc golf baskets as one nomination if they're close together (as I see you're nominating each as single POI) - I think it's something like a golf course - we can nominate it as one nomination, but we can't nominate each golf hole as signle POI, even if they're not close together. So reviewers would accept nomination of golf course, but they will reject nomination of single golf hole from golf course, even if they're not close to each other, it's still one place to do sports. I think with this one might be the same case.
You are correct, your nomination should not be rejected for a URL in the Supporting Information. However, you should only submit either the first "hole" or a sign with the name of the course. Individual numbered holes like this (#8) are ineligible. One POI per disc golf course, not one for every "hole". You will have to resubmit your nomination.
Ok. I will resubmit it as the whole course then.
I've recently rejected the first one. Its a massproduct with no cultural meaning like a public ping-pong plate. They existing in nearly every city. If this is part of a playground or parcour try that instead.
Its a sports field its eligible on its own merits. Its just that you can only get either the sign for the course to be accepted or generally the first hole. A public ping pong table would also qualify. They both encourage exercise and socialization. Cultural meaning can mean many things. In my opinion it does have cultural value because it gives the community a space to come together and bond while playing sports.
Do you rate baseball fields and basketball/tennis courts this way as well since they are “in every city”
Like holes on a golf course or goals on a football field, individual disc golf baskets are not eligable and should be classified as a duplicate for the entire course.
There should not be links anywhere in the submission.
Links in the supporting information are allowed, and even encouraged, as they're a good way of providing evidence that a wayspot meets criteria. They're only not allowed in the text that will be seen in game (so the Title and Description).
Links are fine so long as they are in the supporting information. This has been confirmed by Niantic many times already. The problem with these submissions is that they are individual goals of a sports field (or course), which are not eligible.
for new reviewers how do we access AMA?
Help section under other FAQs subheading.
The thing with these (while I've approved some in the past) is that making the 'hole' the POI might interfere with the actual gameplay.
I mean, most soccer pitches get their portals placed near a corner, likely the most commonly accessible one. It's harder with these, and frankly, I wouldn't want to get hit in the face by a frisbee playing there, nor would I (as a frisbee player) enjoy people getting in the way of the goal.
There's more counter-arguments to a proposal like this then you'd imagine - as these 'sports pitches' are tricky to give a proper marker for.
As someone who plays disc golf, yeah, using the basket as a poi is a bad idea. A raid group gathering around it would make the hole unplayable.
If there isn't a sign for the course, the first tee box is an ok proxy as it's normal to have groups of people waiting their turn near the first tee.
