This is a "generic chain restaurant", which is ineligible 99.99% of the time. Just because it is a restaurant does not mean it should be accepted.

McDonald is a chain, and some of them are sponsored POIs that were made thanks to McDonald paying for it - if in your country you don't have sponsored stops on McDonald, it looks like they don't want to pay here - but they can, so it's not something that will be accepted if you nominate it.

It can be eligible only if it's literaly the only restaurant and hotspot in a really small village/town, but even in a place like this it must be properly explained why it's eligible here and it still will be borderline nomination to accept (might take a lot of tries to be accepted).

But I think I found your nomination, and I saw at least 2 other non-chain restaurants near it (and some shops, it looks like it's in some kind of shopping plaza area), so you don't have chance of it being accepted here. Try looking for something else to nominate in this area (maybe the other two non-chain restaurants would be better), as this one don't have chance of being accepted.

In my country some Mc Donald are franchise so not directly managed by Mc Donald's so its possible that a part of Mc Donald's are not refered by McDonald's company but need to pay it selft. And i don't think a little buisness with like 30 worker have to pay for a waypoint. And problem about other restaurant is they don't have an awesome view on the moutain like the Mc Donald's they are more at center of the industrial area and the only thing you can see when you eat is other build and not the beautifull landscape around. But i understand the main problem with big group.
