Hi, your photo have a Watermark "Shot on my 9T all triple camera" for this reason this portal its invalid. Try to send again without the Watermark on the photo.
As SavierFosterYT-ING wrote and what your rejection mail told, your photo has watermark on it, and it's not allowed for copyright reasons. Any photo that have any watermark (form any site, from phone camera, or even just a date) will be rejected for watermark reson.
You can turn of this watermark in your phone camera option - do it, make new nomination without it and it should be accepted next time. Good luck :)
