How long do nominations stay in voting? I thought it was between 4 days and 4 months but there’s a couple who have been in voting for more then 5.

Depending on the location of the submission and the number of existing wayspots in that area, the number of reviewers, and the number of pending nominations. It can take three days but also multiple years.
And how long do submissions stay in queue?
Without using an upgrade, I've seen nominations stay in queue for as little as 3 days, and as long as a year (and counting). For me the average seems about 3 weeks, although it really seems to be all over the map and is extremely variable,
I have a nomination that’s been in voting since Aug 2020. It seems to be stuck. 🤷🏻♀️ Any way to get it moving again besides applying an upgrade?
November longest in voting and 1 from first week of December in the queue all rural and nothing else about
In queue depends on how many nominations are awaiting in the same general area. Its theorized that only one may be in voting per l17 cell and the surrounding 8. If there are three nominations turned in in the same l17 cell then one can be in voting and the other two are in queue. If it takes 1 month average for a nomination to get a decision then it would take three months for all three of those nominations to get processed.
